Berlin in Pictures
Just recently we got a batch of books about Berlin in our hands that were released over the last year by Taschen, one of our favorite publishers in Germany. The first one is a massive photographic study about the history of Berlin, edited by Hans Christian Adam. The 700 pages feature amazing photos by Henri Cartier-Bresson, Helmut Newton, René Burri, Robert Capa, Friedrich Seidenstücker, and Wolfgang Tillmans, as well as comments and quotes by Vladimir Nabokov, Marlene Dietrich, Max Schmeling, Willy Brandt, and David Bowie.
