A Street Art Stroll

Street Art by Hr. v. Bias

C.R. and I used the good weather on Easter Monday to take a little stroll around the South Kiez of Friedrichshain. On our tour we came across a couple of amazing graffiti street art pieces by Hr. v. Bias that I haven’t seen yet. Don’t know how long they’ve been there but I liked them so much that I just felt like sharing them here. The one above is at Rosi’s by the way. A few more pieces by the same artist as well as some others we came across after the jump.

Oh so sorry Berlin has become so touristic and lost it’s identity and 90% of prenzlauer berg inhabitants and most of Kreuzberg and FH are middle and upper class idiots from W-Germany and long-time tourists from UK /france /Italy/USA. Forget Berlin, it’s not Berlin, it’s no man’s land.

Berlin has gone and all my friends now leave for Hamburg because this alernative disneyland just sucks more and more each month for those of us who live here.

    Sorry to say that.

Oh yeah especially the skelleton is really disney land style.
Are the people from turkey also long-time tourist? Have you ever been to a big city without multicultural ethnicity? I hope your friends don`t find so many upper and middle west germans in hamburg which by the way is one of the richest and snobbest cities in ups westgermany. Have fun over there.

A little bit creepy for me to write in English since I’m a native Friedrichshainer ;)

1.] The fourth picture looks pretty much like Swoon. (Does anyone know it?)

2.] I live in this area and know it very well. Over the past years it’s getting more and more multicultural and I really appreciate it. But I’ll definitely not feel sad, if the middle and upper class W-Germans would go back where they come from. No offense :)
