The Weekly Event Guide

I realise it’s getting harder and harder to find suitable titles for our weekly event guides. There is not really always one theme for each week. So I might just call the whole thing “weekly event guide” and be done with it, haha… So, what do we have on this weeks agenda? We have the Strickenbar, a new beer garden by Picknick, an exhibition by artist Dean Rosenzweig, an experimental evening about food, a book release party and a new type of convention. Read more about it after the jump.

Monday

Strickenbar is back with it’s 16th edition this time taking place at the Etsy Labs in Ritterstr. 12-14. Free entrance and free drinks! Starts at 19h.

Tuesday

The Mitte club Picknick is opening their summer beer garden at their location at Dorotheenstr. 90. They will serve drinks, BBQ and music from Tue-Sat 18h till midnight. Free entrance.

The Staatsgalerie at Greifswalder Str. 218 is opening the new solo show of SWag a.k.a. artist Dean Rosenzweig. The vernissage for Art, Music & Symbolism starts at 19h.

What will we eat in the future? That is not only an interesting question but also the titel for an evening combining dance, literature, performance, bodily interventions, food & drink experiments and a screening of the cult classic Soylent Green (1973). Warning: May contain body parts! HBC, 20h, Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 9.
