Next week is Fashion Week here in Berlin, hurrah! For us it’s definately one of the most exciting times of the year, especially since we are doing five events of our own this time. But as you know most of the events during Berlin Fashion Week are not even public but only for fashion professionals (and those who manage to sneak themselves in). But there still are quite a lot of events and parties that everyone can go to and we want to give you a little guide of the best ones. On top of that you can win a few copies of the brand new fashion book Berlin Catwalks.

SALE: Today the pop-up shop No Fake – the popular designer sale of the projektGalerie – kicks of, this time in a brand new location at Torstr. 151 which is basically next doors to our own headquarters. The sale will be going on until Sunday, daily from 11-20h. Designers: Reality Studio, Butterfly Soulfire, Boessert-Schorn, Penkov and many many more. EXHIBITION: Very close by Berlin-based avant-garde designer Paula Immich presents an installation with her hairy bags at her shop and studio at Brunnenstr. 53 from 12-20h. The installation will be on display until Sunday.

EXHIBITION: The Camera Work gallery at Kantstr. 149 is hosting a special exhibition of late photographer icon Herb Ritts from Tuesday to Saturday from 11-18h.
PARTY: Bread & Butter celebrates its 10th anniversary and this years grand opening at Tempelhof Airport with a big party with live music by Mos Def, Airbourne and Deichkind. Winn tickets for the opening party over at tape.tv. From July 4-10 Swiss fashion magazine kinki is raffling off lots of B&B related goodies over on their kinki blog.
PARTY: Design network The Offer featuring designers such as Von Bardonitz, Moga E Mago, Tata Christiane and many more are celebrating the opening of their showroom during Berlin Fashion Week at the Apple Design Gallery on Torstr. 114, starting at 19:30h.
SHOW: Berlin-based avant-garde designer Raphael Hauber is presenting his new collection with a public mini fashion show at Voo Store, Oranienstr. 24, starting at 20h.
SHOW: The renowned fashion school UdK is presenting the work of their graduates at a stunning location: The Trafo, an old electricity station at Köpenicker Str. 59-73 starting at 21h. Tickets are available at UdK or at Konk Store in Mitte. But you might want to call in advance in case they are sold out by now. More infos here.
PARTY: The Edged Showroom and Show0711 are celebrating their opening at Glashaus Arena, Eichenstr. 4 starting at 21h.
PARTY: The projektGalerie and the Blind Date Swingers Club are inviting to the big Opening Party of the Berlin Fashion Week at the Alte Münze at Am Krögel 1 starting at 21h. This has been hottest opening party of the last few seasons and it surely will be this time again. Free entry but you have to register by sending an eMail to r.s.v.p@projektgalerie.net .
PARTY: Firmament is celebrating their 5th anniversary at Cookies, Friedrichstr. 158-164, with Radio Slave, Rampa, Adam Port and &Me starting at 23h. Win tickets over at Keinemusik.

EXHIBITION: Berlin Catwalks is a brand new book about fashion events, labels and shops here in Berlin written by fashion experts Natasha Binar and Katia Mossina. The lovely authors will be presenting their book at the Premium Tradeshow at the entrance of the catering area starting at 10h. We are giving out 4 books on our Facebook page for those of you who can’t be at the Premium.
SALE & PARTY: The Semidomesticated Show&Sell is getting fresh for Fashion Week at the opening party at Mindpirates, Schlesische Str. 38 (3rd backyard) starting at 17h. The Show&Sell will be open until Saturday starting every day at 14h. For details read on here.

SHOW: Designer Scouts at Achteinhalb are presenting fashion presentations and a video installation of labels Von Bardonitz, Franzius, Moga E Mago, Umali and twenty(2)too. SCREENING: Sing Blackbird is hosting a movie night with A Single Man by fashion mogul Tom Ford. As an opener they will screen 3 fashion short films by Berlin-based director Claire Kurylowski. Sanderstr. 11, starts at 20:30h.
SCREENING & PARTY: Esther Perbandt is celebrating the premiere of her new fashion film “Format” with Vice Magazine at the brand new Blumenbar at Prinzenstr. 58 starting at 22h. The film will be screened there all night.

SCREENING: Designer Scouts invite you to Cinéma de Mode at the Designer Scouts Showroom at Achteinhalb. From 11-19h you can watch fashion films by designers Esther Perbandt, Franzius and Ulrik Martin Larsen, as well as the premiere of Katja Hentschel‘s new fashion short film The Gardener that she shot especially for Designer Scouts. EXHIBITION: Rosen & Eiskrem is the title of the art installation at the ecoShowroom that is open to the public on Friday. The ecoShowroom also presents a few labels such as Ansoho, Milde and Minga and brands such as Dr. Hauschka that can also be purchased there. Almstadtstr. 35, 11-19h.
SPECIAL: The Fashion Blogger Café organized by the guys from Styleranking is taking place this time at the Glashaus Arena in collaboration with Show and Edged Showroom. Eichenstr. 4, 15-20h. Join the FB event here.
SHOW: The fashion school Weißensee is showcasing their graduates collections at the HKW, John-Foster-Dulles-Allee 10 at 16:30 and at 19h. You can buy tickets for this at the HKW for 10 or 15 EUR.
PARTY: Berlin-based label Poti Poti are celebrating their new collection with drinks and music at their store at Rosenthaler Str. 66 starting at 19h.

SALE: The WeddingDress Festival has been one of the main public events during Berlin Fashion Week for the last 6 years now. It combines an exclusive indoor designers sale with labels such as Kilian Kerner, A.D.Deertz, Von Bardonitz, Franzius and many more with a big marketplace with small designers. There are also numerous side events and lots of music, drinks and food stands. The festival opens at 12-24h on Saturday and at 11-20h on Sunday.
EXHIBITION & PARTY: OE Magazine is hosting a one-day exhibition for fashion week at the Ninety Five gallery at Torstr. 95 that opens at 12h and closes with an afterparty in the evening.
PARTY: Anna Wegelin – fashion designer and the blogger behind Lachsbrötchen – invites you to a very special vernissage at the Designer Scouts Showroom at Achteinhalb, Kollwitzstr. 42. In addition to her colorful fashion designs she is also a dedicated baker, and her specialty are Macarons. And of course as a designer her Macarons look quite fashionable. Enjoy her Forbidden Macarons with some Martini drinks from 16-18h.
SHOW: The winners of the Vintage Smackdown have been decided in the online voting last night. All twelve of them will present their vintage outfits on the runway at the Vintage Smackdown Fashion Show during the Wedding Dress festival at 18h and at at 19h. (They will show 2 different outfits in each show, so a total of 4 looks) Come by and celebrate the winner of the main price who will get selected by a jury of bloggers, designers and fashion professionals. You will find the runway on the festival grounds at Brunnenstr. corner of Stralsunder Str. It’s behind the trees a bit off the street so you will have to digg in a little to find it. After the show a music program will lead into an afterparty.
PARTY: Achtung Magazine is celebrating with record label Get Physical at Cookies club, Friedrichstr. 158-164 starting at 23h. Raz Ohara & Band live.
PARTY: Derzeit Magazine is hosting the FIN Fashion Week Closing Party at Picknick, Dorotheenstr. 93 starting at 23h.
