Late Summer Party Guide

” Legs ” by Julia Luka Lila Nitzschke

Welcome to our late party summer guide for the October weekend! I keep telling Australian people who recently moved to Berlin about the horrible winter and they don’t belive me – how would they. Enjoy the sun before diving into the deep world of Berlin winter clubbing. Until then, a selection of this weekend’s parties – but you might just skip them all and spend the weekend at some lake…joke! Parties after the jump:

Friday

Take a Dans Elektrik at the labyrinth of Salon Zur Wilden Renate with Turmspringer, Javier Logares, Vamparella & Bax Moody and more on a Friday night!

Find Eternal Youth at Loftus Hall (Ex-Kleine Reise im Exil). At Maybachufer 48 you’ll have djs Katovl Menovsky & Paramida (Fin de Siècle), Muff Deep, Marc Fm and more to bring you joy for an entry of 5 Euro!

Saturday

Opening: Gretchen is a new venue at Obentrautstr. in the friendlier part of Kreuzberg. It opens tonight with Edbanger’s Busy P., Marvin Suggs, Jazzanova and The Greco Roman Soundsystem!

Artyparty: Closing of the photo exhibition Lipstick & Icecream at Backyard with a fun afterparty. Take a last look at Julia Luka Lila Nitzschkes handsome Lipstick Boys and dance with her to 90s sounds and electronic music by Suz, Laurenz Klespe and K. Langert, Gitschinerstr. 22, 9 pm!

Taskforce 1: what a task: the guys of Third Lodge are eager to ” to banish all traces of confetti conformism during a three day ritual of music, clarity and primitive mysticism “. Rave against the Berlin confetti hell that lasted several seasons and help creating a more individual party world with Aquarious Heaven live, Skinner Boy live, Bora Kaldirim, Dada Disco, Matt John and more acts at the massive Malzfabrik out there in Tempelhof, 12 Euros ( for the sake of fighting the confetti mafia )!

Birthday of the labyrinth: the Renate turns 4 years already! Keeping it low at the beginning they quickly transformed into one of Berlin’s highly frequented electronic music clubs and are constantly sending their own housebreed djs into the world. Big birthday party tonight with Britta Arnold, Jake The Rapper, Sorry Entertainers and a dozen further acts, 10 Euros or more!

Sunday

Kaputt the second session taking place at Morlox Club. Musical entertainment by the Hula Hula Reisegruppe, Toby Dreher and more for the small amount of 4 Euros!

Dj Tranny playing at Pork at F3000, for all the bears and girlz, yummieh ( the partyhungry tourist you are, if you didn’t get what this is about, you better don’t go, we care for our readers )!
