I’ve been following FKA Twigs (formerly Twigs) for a few months and I am still so fascinated by her enchanting vocals and astonishing beauty every time I listen to her music. The first time I heard from the British experimental singer Twigs was back in 2012, when her stunning debut track Hide was released, anticipating her very first EP, a collection of excellent tracks accompanied by peculiar videos, including Ache and How’s That. Now signed to Young Turks as FKA (Former Known As) Twigs, the London-based artist has been melting my heart once again, with the first single from EP2 Water Me. The song is just so ethereal and especially moving not only for its melancholy message, but also for its brilliant music video by Jessa Kanda. The four-song EP2 is out on September 9th and up for preorder now, and it’s definitely gonna be one of the most interesting albums of the year.
