Der Kunstherbst ist ja eigentlich noch ein bisschen hin, aber dennoch ist diese Woche sehr dominiert von Kunstevent. Eine ganze Stange davon, sowie auch ein paar andere illustre Veranstaltungen nach dem Klick.

Wednesday, August 31

The White Projects artist collective is opening their new exhibition The End of the Dream at MicaMoca, Lindower Str. 22 at 18h with a performance at  19:30h. The exhibition runs with several events until Saturday. More information here.

Thursday, September 1

Bang Bang Berlin celebrates the release of their new online fashion editorials The Avant Gods of Berlin at the Bang Bang Gallery, Choriner Str. 34 at 19h.

The Direktorenhaus is opening the exhibition Poultry Poetry with a new performance by the human discoball BellaBerlin. Am Krögel 2, 20h. The exhibition runs until end of March 2012.

The me Collectors Room at Auguststr. 68 is opening the new exhibtion Berlin Italy about Italien fashion at 20h. Runs until September 15th.

Friday, September 2

Constanza Macras, director of the modern dance and theatre company Dorkypark, is celebrating the one year anniversary of her Studio 44 at Klosterstr. 44 (former WMF) with performances and concerts of the Dorkypark crew starting at 21:30h.

Two Window Project at Torstr. 154 is opening the exhibition Beauty Is The Hardest Drug by artists Katharina Arndt and Rebecca Weber starting at 18h.

Saturday, September 3

At 12h the Torstraßenfestival starts with lots of concerts and parties on and around the Torstraße in Mitte. Program here.

The Kunst Magazin is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a big group exhibition called Backstage Riders opening at Ehemaliges Tagesspiegelgebäude, Haus E, Potsdamer Straße 77-87. The after party at 21h is hosted by Apartment Interlude and Bpigs at the same location.

Sunday, September 4

Berlin-based label format is having a vernissage with their new collection at the Flagshipstore at Oderbergerstr. 53 from 13-18h.
