The Mardi Gras Week

Tigeress

This week is all in the name of the carnival, but in our case it’s the Mardi Gras that we will experiencing for the first time on Tuesday. For the rest of the week we have a bit of a crazy Wednesday with the Artstars and It Boys, a very art-filled Friday and fashion-related Saturday. The events after the jump.

Monday

No Cinéma party tonight – buh! The guys are switching over from weekly to bi-monthly. So the next one will be coming up on the 14th of March with a special surprise in store! Alternatively one should go to the cinema… For example to see True Grit by the Coen brothers. Saw it last Friday and it’s really good!

Tuesday

Starting at 19h Southern Comfort is presenting the exhibition NoLa Pearls that showcases work by young artists from New Orleans as well as the winning designs of the “Southern Comfort Creative Exchange” design contest. At 21h the vernissage turns into a big Mardi Gras party with Black Music and Hip Hop tunes by Tobias Rapp and Dejoe plus delicious free drinks by Southern Comfort. Join the event here.
