The Beard Monologues: Töff

I spotted Töff in the „tent of the big car company“ during the Berlin Fashion Week. The dreamcatchers were on my list for beard accessories for quite some time now, but when I met Töff who spoke of his travels to South East Asia, green balconies, incense sticks, curly long hair, old music classics and festivals, I knew I had found the suitable beard model for them. Also, his last name translates to owl, how perfect. Enjoy another beard monologue with him after the jump.

I have already worn a beard at the age of twenty ( presumably due to the fact that my father has had a full beard for years). However, it used to be more kind of a mixture between a Zappa-style-moustache and sideburns at that time. At some point it became solely a moustache, being followed by a shaved face for the next few years. Eventually, the cold Berlin winters let me ignore my razor blades again and again.

It was the end of last year that my trimmer failed completely and I let the glory on my chin sprout freely. The dreamcatchers that are entangled in my beard stand for the memories of my travels in sunny countries, to which I like devoting myself to. In the end, these journeys (together with my beard of course) allow me to endure the dark season at the Spree.
