None will leave this place with a half full stomach, so much is guaranteed. Of course there will be a vegetarian version.

Prinzenstr., Berlin Kreuzberg.

Besides, you can rent a private dinner night at Backyard up to 40 people, enquiries also under the above mail address.

The menu

1. course:

Fresh green salat with a homemade potatoe dressing and Tiroler Speck or (veggie) in butter fried onions

2. course:

Homemade ‘Königsberger Klops’ with buttermilk sauce and mashed potatoes.

Vegetarian: Delicious veggie – pan with a variety of fresh seasonal veggies and Creme Fraiche

3. course:

A sin of soft Mousse au Chocolate a la Chef, with rasperrys and mint.

Die Königsberger Klopse belong to the rather simple old German dishes but they once belonged to the upper cuisine back in the Old Preussen. Backyard goes back to the roots of their origin in Königsberg and prepares the good old Preußisch Klops for you. Don’t call it Kloppse, cause the plural stands for “I give you something”. Well, it’s hard to translate into English..
