Cute French & Japanese Delights: Café Two and Two

Café and Papeterie Two and Two is one of those places that i knew i would love from the first sight. Set in the place-to-be north of Neukölln, it is surrounded by amazing burger places, international cuisine and great fast food. Nonetheless it stands out.

Two friendly faces of the lovely Two and Two staff.

Founded by Eri from Tokyo and Tose from Paris, Two and Two integrates both of their cultures and makes a perfect new style. The name of this café makes a lot of sense, seeing that the place combines two cuisines in one, two cultures, two owners and two concepts: café and stationery store. Food-wise this means that you get everything from fresh Baguette with salmon or goat cheese, Quiche and chocolate cakes to Onigiri, rice snacks to take-away after your visit.

For drinks they will serve you coffee creations, but also authentic Matcha tea, which works wonders and seems to wake you up even better than any Espresso. For warm days they have yuzu lemonade, lavender lemonade (i personally recommend this one!) or Iced Matcha Latte. For colder days they will make you a Black Sesame Latte, a nice drip-coffee or a french hot chocolate. You can’t go wrong with this, no matter what you order.

Not only does the always friendly team serve you their delicious creations, but they also sell you cute stationary, postcards, all kinds of pens and notebooks from Japan. So, if you are a creative or an aesthetic with a love for minimalistic design, you will love their small shop section.
