Where to Shop Berlin Designers

A great way to express your identity to the outside world is definitely clothing. Berlin’s community is extraordinarily supportive of people sporting clothes that are anything but appropriate, genuinely individual and often mocking the standards of what’s considered trendy. Get a little heads-up on where to shop the real Berlin Designers in our latest guide.

Esther Perbandt

Esther Perbandt, who’s been a prominent part of Berlin’s scene featured on our blog ever since the year 2010 when she joined the Designer Scouts fashion show co-organized by us, has had a very successful fashion brand that’s been intriguing people with their unique approach to the, both male and female, androgyne silhouettes for over 10 years now. Don’t miss the big aftershow party on January 17th at 21h in Volksbühne that iHeartBerlin is co-hosting. You can shop Esther’s designs at her studio in Mitte.

Lala Berlin

The brand started out as a small enterprise in 2004. Since then, Lala Berlin has established itself as a prosperous women’s brand and is now sold worldwide. You can take a look at the really cute and still quite affordable pieces in their store in Alte Schönhauser Straße 3.

DSTM

Another shopping list entry for females who want to represent their town on an everyday basis, DSTM has a wide variety of both body wear and lingerie. Created using ecological and performance fabrics, the clothing is supposed to creatively expose the underwear. Most of the designs are really edgy, and this fact is definitely emphasized by the way they’re presented on the website – in truly captivating photographs that look like stills from a movie I’d definitely want to play the main role in.  If that’s not the ultimate description of a clothing line appealing to the desires of a typical Berlin girl, I don’t know what is.

DSTM, Torstrasse 161, 10115 Berlin

Open: Mo – Fri: 12h – 20h, Sat: 13h-20h, tel: +49 (0)30 49203750
