We heart Alessi

OrienTales by Alessi

This cute little pile of kitsch is called OrienTales and it’s the new kitchen accessorie line by Stefano Giovannoni for Alessi. The series is part of an ongoing collaboration with the National Palace Museum in Taiwan. It features various sets of sugar and milk bowls, salt and pepper shaker, cans, a sushi set, corks and more. The materials used range from fine bone china, over thermoplastic resin to melamine. We especially enjoyed the items with monkeys, called Banana Boys. They’re available at the KaDeWe and are all quite jolly. More images after the jump.
