A while back I was contacted by the Found gallery from L.A. about an interesting art project that they were planning on doing here in Berlin. The idea was to find pairs of artists who would collaborate on a piece of art without ever communicating with each other. This week the Joint Custody Project Berlin is in its final stage. During 6 rounds the artworks were exchanged between the two partners. You can follow the progress of every single piece in their Flickr stream. None of the participating artists will know who their partner is until the opening reception on Friday at the Raab gallery here in Berlin.
