Hostel at Bar25

This weekend the notorious Bar 25 celebrates its 5th birthday. We don’t need to tell you that this is the place to be for the young and restless of Berlin, because that’s not really news. But what you might not know is that the Bar 25 is more than just the most celebrated outdoor club in town. It’s also a restaurant, a hostel, a spa, a movie theatre and a caterer. They also run a radio show that you can receive via iTunes and a record label. Read on for more images and insights.

To enter the grounds of Bar 25 you usually have to pay an entrance fee of a few euros, depending on the day. The bar is often critisied for its harsh door policy, so don’t come dressed like a wall flower or you might not get in on a busy day. You also should not come in large groups.

This summer is supposed to be the last year for the Bar 25. But they already said that last year so maybe we are lucky and they will re-open next year. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that this unique place will stay a little longer.
