Dexter seems to be the perfectly normal American guy. Pretty girlfriend, cool sister, nice job. But his hobby is everything but conventional. He likes to kill serial killers, no, he NEEDS to kill them. It’s like a dark urge deep inside of him. Yeah, well, apart from that he’s just a nice guy.

The show is already running in its third season in the States, and I know RTL2 is not a good indicator for quality TV but I can assure you that this show is worth checking it out. It’s based on the successful book series Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay. I especially like the haunting soundtrack of the show composed by Daniel Licht.
