Are you up for a night with the hottest acts from the indie and electro scene? Then mark November 20th in your calendars with bright red, people. It’s going to be the night of the Electronic Beats Festival at Postbahnhof with Peaches, Santogold, Hercules And Love Affair and other pearls. It will only set you back 15 slim Euros, what a treat! More infos after the beat.

You might already know Peaches – the queen of provocation – from songs such as Fuck The Pain Away and Shake Yer Dix. After her DJ Tour in summer she is finally back on stage and we’re already curious which naughty little tricks she’ll have for us this time.

Santogold

Santogold

If you’ve heard the new Converse song with Pharell Williams then you also know Santogold. You even might have seen her on one of the many Converse posters. If not, do your homework, she is going to be big!

Hercules And Love Affair

Hercules And Love Affair

We were so looking forward to see Hercules And Love Affair at the last Melt! festival. But sadly the concert was cancelled in the last minute. So we are extra happy to have a chance to see this Avantgarde band at the Electronic Beats Festival.

Late Of The Pier

Late Of The Pier

Further acts, not as well-known, but equally interesting, are: Late Of The Pier, Munk, Mixhell and Missill.

Back in the days, when there was still a tv station called Viva 2, there was a charming little show called Electronic Beats that dedicated itself to good electronic music. After the end of the station the show carried on in the form of a music community program, a magazine, a series of concerts and an acclaimed DVD series called Slices.
