Go Dance!

Time flies by and a new weekend is ahead and offers us a lot of opportunities to spend the nights – as usual. But this time the dancefloors of Berlin will stay free of me as I will head over to Hamburg to help my BFF who just came back from an 8-month trip through South America to overcome her craving for Caipirinha. I’m more the Vodka type anyways…

For those of you who will be in town, here are our party recommendations for the weekend: Firstly, tonight Create Berlin is throwing a DMY party at Betahaus tonight in Kreuzberg. The official Klublabor parties of the DMY Festival are all taking place at WMF. I especially recommend the one on Saturday with our girls the Sick Girls and Paris Suit Yourself. More parties after the jump.

Friday

On Friday De:Bug magazine is having another party at Picknick, this time with Till Von Sein at the decks.

Saturday

On Saturday Greco-Roman invites you an International Sonic Wrestling Match at Villa with Toddla T, Hugo Capablanca and many more.

Groove Inferno celebrates Sonar‘s 33rd birthday at Tante Käthe (behind Mauerpark), of course he will be at the decks himself together with Curv.

Tuning Spork Records are taking over the Bar25 bringing you some of their DJ pleasures including Jay Haze and Joey Hansom.

Wednesday (next week)

As a very special recommendation I would like you to take a note of the Blind Date Swingers Club that will take place next Wednesday at a special secret location at Potsdamer Strasse. It’s the second party of fellow blogger Zana Bayne who moved from San Francisco to Berlin only a few months back and brings us her Swingers Club with a mix CD exchange and all sorts of other raunchy stuff. Some pictures of last month’s first Swingers Club can be found on >her blog or over at Glamcanyon.
