The Appartement at the old brewery at Prenzlauer Allee has been going on for a couple of years now, but I only stumbled across it for the first time in the Spring of 2009. Since then I have been going there a lot, especially to the Tuesdays dinner and bar night Dinner for Friends. Suz had her Last Days party there a couple of times, too. It became quite the familiar place to many of us and it was sad to hear that they are closing, as the old brewery was sold and will now be turned into a department store. Last week they had their final Dinner for Friends and on Saturday it was time to say bye bye for now with the final party.
While the makers are looking for a new location they will ocasionally throw parties at temporary venues like this coming Saturday at the Kantine of Ritter Butzke. Impressions of the last party from Saturday after the jump. Thank you Alex and Yen for some great years!
