Last weekend Apparatjik finished their live performances at the Neue Nationalgalerie. During their stay the Apparatjik members Magne Furuholmen ( of the Norwegan pop band A-ha ) and Martin Terefethey also made a film while discovering the city in a glitzy discoball smart. More info, pictures of the show and the film after the jump:
Their “Apparatjik Light Space Modular” featured not only concerts but also an interactive installation which collects data to be turned into a piece of music. The deriving song was performed by the prestigious Deutsches Kammerorchester and accompanied by a spectacular image show titled Apparat TV.
The projections were streamed out of a six metre tall cube into the city through the museum’s glass walls and it was inside that cube where the band was performing. The view from inside on the Potsdamer platz was amazing and even from outside one could enjoy the impressing light show.
