This week is offering us the traditional Tanz in den Mai with many open air parties today and tomorrow. The Berlin Web Week is taking place at Station for all of those web nerds amongst you. And the Berghain is offering us some very strong music events on Wednesday and Thursday. Find out more after the jump.

Monday, Apr 30

The Freudenreich is celebrating the Tanz in den Mai with an open air at Schlesischer Busch, Puschkinallee (across from Badeschiff and Arena) starting at 16h with DJs Peter Bounce and many more.

Weekday is celebrating the new design collaboration with Kosta Boda at the Weekday Store at Neue Schönhauser Str. 17-18 with drinks and a live performance by Asa Jungnelius, starting at 20:30h. This is a press event, note the r.s.v.p. on the flyer below.

Tuesday, May 1

Locke Müller Open Air at Spreewaldplatz 14, starting at 15h with DJ T., M.A.N.D.Y., Embassy of Love and many more.

Improvised piano concert by Peter Ludwig Beierlein at Merkezi starting at 14h followed by a day-time party. Adalbertstr. 5/6.

Wednesday, May 2

The digital conferences re:publica and Next Berlin have teamed up for the Berlin Web Week that is starting today and going on until May 9th with multiple  events taking place at Station Berlin, Luckenwalder Str. 4-6.

Zeitlos Berlin is having a finissage of their furniture exhibition Brazilian Design with a tour, film screening and live talk. Starts at 18h, Stilwerk, Kantstr. 17.

Eric a.k.a. Forss, co-founder of Soundcloud, is presenting his new project Ecclesia at the Berghain. Atmospheric sounds that have been recorded in churches are mixed with Burial-esque rhythms and create a completely new kind of music experience that will also be available as an iPad App. Starts at 21h, Am Wriezener Bahnhof.

Clip Club is guest at the Mindpirates presenting their wild selection of music videos. Schlesische Str. 38, 20h.

Newcomer band Gianna Factory is having a live concert at HBC, Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 9, 21h.

NYC-based queer performance art party Pussy Faggot! is on tour and making a stop at Monster Ronson’s, Warschauer Str. 34, with DJ Lady Miss Kier (Deee-Lite), Cora Frost, SNAX, Mary Ocher, DJ Dickey Doo, Gio Peter Black, Shane Shane and many more. Starts at 22h.

Thursday, May 3

Art web tv show Artstars is celebrating their 3rd anniversary at King Size, Friedrichstr. 112b, starting at 22h. Knowing the saucy host Nadja Sayej I’m pretty sure that there will be large breast involved in this affair.

Certain People at Berghain with live performances by Hercules & Love Affair, Matthew Dear and When Saints Go Machine. Starts at 20h, Am Wriezener Bahnhof.

New club night Purple Effect at the CLUB, Biebrichstr. 14, with a DJ set by Mary Ocher. Starts at 22h.

Friday, May 4

New Owl, a brand new fashion, design and art market, is taking place at Sameheads, Richardstr. 10. starting at 17 with an after party at 22h.

Web TV Freshmilk is inviting to Pop in, Pop Culture at KIM bar, Brunnenstr. 10, at 19h. Free drinks and webisodes in celebration of the Berlin Web Week, register here for guestlist.

French synthie band Dat Politics are celebrating the release of their new album with a live concert at HBC, Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 9, 21h.

Saturday, May 5

Those of you who are interested in studying fashion should consider dropping by the open day at design school Esmod at Görlitzerstr. 51, starting at 12h.

Berlin-documentary Berlinized – Sexy An Eis is being screened at the Freiluftkino Insel at Cassiopeia, Revaler Str. 99, 20h.
