Sometimes Berlin is just too big. There is too much going on, and you just cannot do and see everything. So you cannot prevent missing some events: A concert, a party – or an amazing art show like Lost and Found, which was running at the C|O Berlin. That actually was a photo exhibition by Chinese-American artist Peikwen Cheng. It featured amazing black and white photography of the Burning Man Festival. Peikwen Cheng has been documenting the crazy utopia in the Black Rock Desert for a whole decade. In contrast to expressively bright, colorful pictures from Burning Man found on the internet, Peikwen Cheng’s photographs focus on moments of stillness and use an introverted, symbolic visual language.
