The Anti-GEMA demonstration took an interesting turn when it started to march right across the path of the Vogue Fashion Night Out at Ku’damm yesterday evening. It was insanly practically as one could march along the demo that felt a lot like a big techno parade and hope into the different shops along the street for a glass of champagne or a cocktail every once in a while. I’m pretty sure a lot of people didn’t realize these were two seperate events and were surprised that the Vogue event would play such edgy loud music and in turn the Anti-GEMA protestants were surprised all the luxery boutiques would open up in support of their cause, haha! I hope all the protest will have some sort of effect! After the jump some Instagrams from the demo parade.
