Dandy Diary Party Photos

The boys from Dandy Diary did it again: They hosted one of the biggest Berlin Fashion Week parties of the season. But something was different this season: For the first time their party wasn’t open to the public as usual. This was pretty much a blow for all the fans and fashion enthusiast for whom the Dandy Diary party was one of the few opportunity to take part in the Fashion Week circus without needing an exclusive invitation. This seems to have been a trend this season in general. Never has our BFW guide of public events been so small as this season. Is Berlin Fashion Week starting to become more exclusive? And if so, why now? Well, we for our part have always appreciated all the events that welcomed everyone regardless of their credentials. The Fruit Salad – Dandy Diary Pool Party Photos

So my spy was totally right. David from Dandy Diary and I had complementing outfits (or at least matching headpieces). Everybody was thinking we were the couple of the night! The party was amazing. Dancing and interviewing a lot of people – I made so many great friends there. Just more free drinks would have been fun. A lot of crazy stuff happened at the party and my little camera team is now diligently cutting it and making it ready for episode 2 of The Fruit Salad. What a night this was! Once again the Dandy Diary Fashion Week Opening was the hottest party in town. For us it was also special because the Dandy boys took over the former Scala, a club that we have visited, featured and photographed from the first to its last day here on the blog and that we were quite fond of. It was the perfect match for the theme of the party: Punks in a squat house. And the guests took this really seriously dressing up in their kinkiest and punkiest outfits. Dandy Diary Designer Foursome

The boys from Dandy Diary always have an Ace up their sleeves you could say. After three self-produced fashion films, two big fashion week parties and their own shirt design they presented their latest amazing venture on Tuesday in Kreuzkölln. Together with artist Karin Bohrmann they created a special set of foursome cards with a series of witty caricatures of famous fashion designers such as Vivienne Westwood, Karl Lagerfeld, Henrik Vibskov, Jil Sander and many more. Last week they had an exclusive game of cards in Hamburg and this week they presented the paintings and cards in a small exhibition that was open for 48 hours. Check out the cool cards on their blog. Dandy Diary x Signum – A limited Edition Shirt

Everyone who has been following this blog for a while knows: We rarely do outfit posts. It’s a discipline that we like to leave to the younger generation of fashion bloggers. But for my dearest colleagues from Dandy Diary I made an exception, because they deserve it. They have teamed up with Signum to create a very special shirt that was revealed during the recent Berlin Fashion Week. The autumn-themed digital printed shirt is available in a limited edition of 200 numbered pieces here in Berlin at Voo and at KaDeWe, in Hamburg at Boys Boys Boys and selected Signum stores. There is also an interesting fashion film for the shirt collaboration that you can check out over at FashionDaily.tv.
