Froks Fall Winter 2009/10

We have been following young Danish designer Maja Haahr and her label Froks for a few seasons now. She has been very consistant with her designs and we love what she does. Her new fall winter 2009/10 collection is in stores now. Here in Berlin you can get it at Flagship Store at Oderberger Strasse, at Fourstore at Mulackstrasse and at Pale Blue Eyes at Kastanienallee. By now I already own 3 pieces by young Danish designer Froks and I am totally in love with them. Every collection seems to have way too many designs that I just can’t walk by. This is her new summer 2009 collection and it makes Denmark look like quite a rainy place, but stylish of course. More from her male and female line after the jump.

I’ll start our little fashion week review and fall season preview with one of my personal favourites of this season: a young designer from Denmark by the name of Froks. Her designs are very slick with a lot of attention to details. The color scheme of the collection is very dark which gives it a very sophisticated and exclusive look. Along with the two young streetwear labels Micamade and Nobelnobel I was lucky to get into the Flagshipstore at Oderberger Strasse with my accessory label Carni thanks to their annual fashion contest. The Flagshipstore has always been one of my favorites for everyday streetwear as they carry such cool brands as Froks, Via Snella and Mucha. This Sunday (November 7) there is gonna be a vernissage with all three of the winners. Come by for a glass of prosecco around 15h and take a look at the collections. The Flagship of Kastanienallee

Years ago the Flagship Store was the first shop that made the whole Kastenienallee area worth going to for us. Since then a lot of fashion boutiques have settled down in this neighborhood. But the Flagship Store has managed to maintain a very unique character with their selection of young Berlin-based, national and Scandinavian designers. Froks, Hazelnut, Ansoho, Stylein, Slowmo and Butterflysoulfire are only a few of the featured labels. Find out more after the jump.
