Yoga machen doch nur so Yuppies, verrückte Hippie-Frauen und so Körperwahnsinnige. So und noch viel mehr Vorurteile muss man sich anhören, wenn man regelmäßig Yoga macht. Letztendlich habe ich aufgehört den Leuten zu widersprechen. Weil eigentlich stimmt das meiste, was man sich über Yoga sagt. Yoga ist nämlich für alle da. Egal ob Bänkeryuppie im Anzug oder Hippiefrau im langen Rock. Auf der Yogamatte spielen diese sozialen Attribute keine Rolle mehr. Und immer wieder habe ich das tolle Erlebnis, dass Menschen, die sich sonst nie gesprochen hätten, anfangen sich bei einem Tee nach der Klasse auszutauschen.
Wer auch ein bisschen neugierig auf die Yoga Welt geworden ist, aber bisher keinen Zugang dazu gefunden hat, sowie für alle, die absolute Yoga-Fans sind, empfehle ich das Agape Zoe Festival. Am kommendem Wochenende wird das Studio Eden in Pankow von Yoga-Lovern heimgesucht, die zwischen dem Baum und der Kobra auch Zeit finden zu quatschen und sich auszutauschen. Ein sehr liebevolles Ereignis, was sich vielleicht wie ein kleiner Berlin-Urlaub anfühlen kann. Mehr Infos zum Programm und zu den Tickets findet ihr auf deren Webseite.
