On Saturday evening Berlin Festival initiator and owner of legendary former clubs Rio, Scala and Flamingo Conny Opper and his beautiful partner in crime Liz Paige openen their brand new super-venue the Konzulát with a big bang. Located in the former Czechoslovakian Cultural Institute that was also host to our 7 Years of iHeartBerlin events, the Cee Cee Berlin book release party and vernissage of the latest issue of OE Magazine it is one massive space that’s going to enrich Berlin with some exciting events of the creative and cultural scene of the city. For the opening they invited amazing DJs such as Munk, Jack Tennis, Kaos, Lars Eidinger and Schowi, with a live concert by the amazing Schwarz Don’t Crack and a surprise performance by a super fun punk rock brass band.
