Interior Design Dreams come true at the Amazing Crocodile

Berlin is, among else, a designer’s paradise. Like its people, Berlin’s  interiors are just as diverse, with style that’s hard to pin down. The influences come from everywhere:  from full-on kitsch, to industrial details, or the much beloved Scandinavian minimalism, the city is  full of Tumblr looking interiors, always ready to pose for our #interior Instagram posts. The Amazing Crocodile, one of the most striking interior design stores in Berlin, is full of fun, elegant objects for all tastes, and a must when hunting for stunning pieces to make your living space come alive!

Jana Kubischik, the owner, is a trained architect with a love for beautiful things; and her vision with opening the Amazing Crocodile was to fill the gap there was in the market for young, fresh interior perspectives that dare to experiment in designing objects and furniture. That’s why the store’s range includes well established brands as well as new, less known designers from all over the world. The unusual name of the store was inspired by Jana’s daughters’ imagination, and felt right for her from the beginning, as it creates a good atmosphere. All objects included in the store’s collection are well conceived, and add individuality to an apartment. Harmonious but playful, and usually with a sense of humor, The Amazing Crocodile’s collection is definitely worth a visit!

Apart from the permanent collection, Jana has undertaken the amazing task of presenting us young, upcoming designers in her space. The current exhibition presents the work of the Berlin based designer Enzo Zak Lux.

The Amazing Crocodile Design Store, Rosa-Luxemburg-Str. 49, 10178 Berlin- Mitte
