The stand-alone iteration of caner teker’s KIRKPINAR is presented in association with the Julia Stoschek Foundation as part of the collections A FIRE IN MY BELLY project. Transplated into the suprising setting of the powerplant teker’s peformance uses the tradition of Turkish oil wrestling as a way of investigating masculinity, vulnerability and intimacy.
Tickets for the exhibition tour and concert nights are sold separately, with no tours departing on the days with concert nights except for the 20.10.2021.
