Although entry is free for all, we are organizing a fundraiser to support ANTI-MASS collective in solidarity with Queers in Uganda who endure severe societal marginalization and the loss of fundamental human rights since the enactment of Uganda’s “Anti-Homosexuality Bill” signed by President Yoweri Museveni earlier this year.
ANTI-MASS has been engaged in crucial community work in Kampala for an extensive period of time while showcasing remarkable artistic output. Their parties serve as a defiant stance against an oppressive government that relentlessly targets the Queer community with invasive police raids and acts of brutality. Our fundraiser aims to aid their safety during their relocation process while also enabling direct action and mutual aid within their communities.
