On September 7th, we celebrate the 7-year anniversary of our collective. With this birthday, we will pay an extra special tribute to Queer-Trans and BIPOC communities that have been there before us, paving the way, or in Robert Owens’ case are still very much alive and continuing the work. It is also a nod to Ballroom culture, which, as is widely known, was pioneered by Black Trans Femmes.
