Embark on a two-day journey into the queer 20s!
The queer Berlin tourism portal Place2Be Berlin and Europe’s most famous 1920s party “Bohème Sauvage” invite you to a unique Berlin experience for LGBTIQ*.
It starts on November 24th from 6 p.m. with an exclusive salon in the fashionable Le Boudoir – getting to know each other over sparkling wine and finger food with a small musical excursion on the topic “Queer songs in Berlin of the 20s” with an expert and shellac DJ XXX.
There is also the opportunity to equip yourself with appropriate evening wear for the “Bohème Sauvage” on Saturday evening. Fittings and rental dates from 4:00 p.m. (more infou below in the FAQs).
On November 25th, starting at 11 a.m. at Bellevue Palace, a city tour with the experienced tour guide Jeff Mannes will start and lead from there to Schöneberg. From Magnus Hirschfeld and his institute for sexology to the lesbian singing star Claire Waldorf and the legendary Eldorado nightclub. Historical background, stories about famous Berliners and fun facts about Berlin in the golden 20s. The highlight and conclusion is then, from 9:00 p.m., a joint visit to the lavish party “Bohème Sauvage” in Heimathafen Neukölln – the famous homage to the nightlife of the 1920s.
