Born from the cinematic aesthetics of Cali’s Gótico Tropical movement, this ongoing series of
events includes screenings, live performances, sonic experiments, and club nights. Divin into the feverish intersections of rhythm, darkness, and tropical sensuality. For the first edition, there will be a screening of Pura Sangre, a seminal film by Luis Ospina and a key reference of the Gótico Tropical movement. Music by the Venezuelan DJ AnaCaona, and Colombian Natalia Escobar, bringing their fire with a rare selection of salsa brava, merengue, and boogaloo.
