On October 29, get ready for a Halloween costume party and fundraiser you won’t soon forget. The mythical monsters of the Philippines are coming to Berlin to bring you art, culture, and a reason to celebrate! get ready for:
–Horror Stories about the Aswang, Dwende, and Kapre by Palanca Award-Winning Writer, Anca Bautista.
-Original artworks by Monica Ramos, Pael Fajardo, Kaye Manlutac, and Jo Bautista. With illustrations and stories by Karl Garveza of Philippine Spirits.
-Live DJ sets by Enzo Cenci and Saluna
Not to mention creative drinking games, a pizza stand, and a prize for best costume!
The purpose behind the party is to raise awareness and support for our non-profit partner, One Million Lights Philippines. Together, we can provide solar lamps to Filipino families living without electricity and light, and are still using kerosine to light up their homes at night.
