Key Clef is a Berlin-based DJ and producer with a passion for analogue instruments. Trained as a sound engineer, she has spent the past few years on explorations between club music, performance arts and electroacoustics, releasing on labels such as Love Blast and her own platform Ipnotica Erotica. On the one hand, her music is rooted in Rome’s rave scene, which she was involved in for several years; on the other it is blessed with an ethereal joy of experimentation that never allows boredom to set in. Another DJ and producer playing the garden live today is Dasha Rush, whom we have seen and heard many times before in Berghain. Her repertoire as a producer encompasses a wide variety of moods, from the wonderful twilight ballads on her only album to date, ‘Sleepstep’ (Raster-Noton), to the grippingly hallucinogenic acid bombs on her latest EP ‘Acid Sketch’ on her own label Fullpanda.
