La Sur Real Film Festival provides a space for dialogue between filmmakers, stories and cinematographies from the Global South. Through a selection of non-fiction, animated, and experimental short films, the program conveys decolonial perspectives that question the relationship between the Global North and South and patriarchal white supremacy, and conveys narratives that deconstruct Western norms.
The films that are shown are from Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Ukraine, UK and Germany. Follow the link below for the festival program.
