Our colleagues from Mit Vergnügen have a whole bunch of successful party series, but one of the most important ones is the upcoming Pierreversion which is much more than the annual birthday party of co-founder Pierre. This time is already the 15th edition, that’s a pretty long time for a party series in Berlin. But it might actually be the last one – so you better go before this one is in the history books of Berlin’s nightlife.
They flew by: For 15 years Pierre Türkowsky, financial tycoon and head of party relations at Mit Vergnügen, has been throwing the first best party of the year on his birthday.
On February 7th, 2020 it’s time again: Practice your pepper drinking contest, invite your friends and watch the last Deichkind video for dance move inspiration, because this year the Pierreversion will be bigger and better than ever before.
And that means something, because after all Modeselektor have played a spontaneous old school hip hop set here in the last 15 years, Hgich.T cut people’s hair on stage during their performance in the Magnet Club, DJ Phono from Deichkind sent Pierre a DJ set as a small birthday present to broadcast it on screen, and even Rammstein has already been spotted among the guests. I wonder what is in store for us this year?
Dancing, drinking and partying will take place in a completely new, special location this time: NEUZEIT OST, which is located on a deserted industrial estate beyond the Modersohnbrücke.
