PRU Y RVU Presents: VESELKA
In solidarity with Ukraine, its people, its queer communities, its artists involved in night life and electronic music and its ravers.
VESELKA (Ukrainian for rainbow) was founded in Kyiv in 2018 as a safe space for queer and open-minded people. Since the first episode of it, club kids have found a place in it, where they could express themselves and be free without any judgment. VESLEKA’s mission was and still is, to spread a message of equality, tolerance and freedom to open-minded people through the power of rave. After a beautiful first event in Berlin, in the first half of 2022, VESELKA is now coming back to town, with its resident artists and a wide, colorful program, presented by the Berlin community of PRU Y RVU.
PRU Y RVU (be fruitful and multiply) stands for diversity and freedom. Inclusive instead of exclusive. This is reflected in their musical program and embodied by their community. They present artists and performers from different spheres of electronic music-, queer-, kinky- and club scenes. A significant part of them from Ukraine.
