’The Red Club’ is a new performance show format from Karmanoia and is a multi-stage, immersive theatre experience that takes its guests into an exclusive world of surreal strangeness and humour. Karmanoia takes its guests through a series of unusual and interactive experiences that challenge perceptions about reality as well as social norms.

At a time when individualism and media consumption are fuelling profound divisions in our society, Karmanoia presents ‘The Red Club – luxury of presence’, a theatrical experience that addresses the issues of individualism and media consumption with intelligence and wit. An artistic manifesto that encourages reflection on the banality of exclusivity and human isolation. In a potential-developing experiment, Karmanoia takes its audience into a parallel world that is neither dystopian nor utopian, but a humorous abstraction of current social challenges.
The Salöön at Holzmarkt 25 will be transformed into the Red Club this March. Over nine nights, pulsating performances, trippy theatre, comic cabaret and a good drink are served up here. Guests become members and meet bizarre acts and unique characters in an immersive show. The aim of the evening-long experience is nothing less than a ‘refreshment for the mind’. With ‘The Red Club’, Karmanoia offers a commentary on life in times of excessive demands and a space to let go and relax.
