Born from the spirit of FUBU (For Us, By Us), Workdatcxnt TM Sesh is a grassroots collective uplifting BIPoC transmasculine voices through monthly events rooted in Ballroom culture — where community, resistance, and glamour collide. But workdacxnt TM Sesh is not stopping there. With our on point “Spilling the T Podcast,” we are taking the conversation global, serving unfiltered truths and centering the narratives that matter most to our siblings worldwide.
Workdatcxnt stands as an example of hope, offering a welcoming and supportive environment for folks to connect, learn, and be free. The collective is deeply dedicated to advocating for transmasculine identities within the ballroom community. Representing resilience, growth, and renewal, Workdatcxnt transcends being just a collective; it serves as a call for action. Together, let us cultivate the change we aspire to see, one step at a time.

The Trans Pride Festival supported by the Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion for two consecutive years is a series of ballroom events that aim to celebrate the art of the ballroom community while promoting the visibility and empowerment of trans people through free panel talks and workshops.
Originating from the Afro and Latin-American trans, drag, and LGBTQIA* community of the 60s and 70s in New York, the ballroom scene where » WORKDATCXNT 2 YEARS ANNIVERSARY « is held serves as a vital cultural and community hub. Embraced particularly by BIPOC and queer individuals, ballroom offers a sanctuary where creativity and self-expression thrive. It acts as a platform for queer individuals to authentically showcase their true selves, nurturing a space where diversity and individuality are celebrated.
