Last winter Berlin’s queers converged in classic chaotic form to create a work of art representative of our personal and transpersonal stories. After many months of work we proudly present our incestuous love child: Twisted Distinction. The short film will be debuted in the only place worthy of it: the darkest corner of Oxi we can find, squished between the intoxicating sets of five of queer Berlin’s juiciest DJs. Come lose yourself in the maze of bricks, bodies, and toilet stalls, witness the drag, divas, and drudgery set to join for all our enjoyment, and discover how twisted you can become.

“In the bustling city of Berlin, we encounter a diverse cast of characters. From a desperate longing for love in a nightclub toilet to a powerful and determined dancer, from a wanderer navigating the streets to a femme person seeking solace in wine, and from a person with a monster’s face grappling with their inner demons – each of them is isolated in their losses, despairs, poverty, and longing for love. Despite their differences, they share a common desire to survive and find connection amidst the challenges of contemporary life.”
