HOUSE presents “A SHROUD WOVEN OF SOLAR THREADS” by ALA ROUSHAN and CHARLES STANKIEVECH at HALLE AM BERGHAIN.
The exhibition is realized in partnership with AUTOTELIC FOUNDATION and curated by JULIET KOTHE and NADIM SAMMAN.

Documenting the world’s oldest Mithraic cave temple, the exhibition reimagines an undocumented ritual to the solar deity Mithra from over 4000 years ago—an artistic, fragmented constellation of traces: ancient sounds, lost language, unearthed imagery, contested research, and turbulent atmosphere.
The show will be on view October 3 through October 18, 2026. Open Thursday–Sunday across three weekends (Oct 3–4, 8–11, and 15–18). Regular opening times: Thursday to Sunday, 2–7 pm, and on request.
