We’ve been digging our own lane since 2021 and proud to present The Ket Gala 2024! An offspring of our deranged imagination and a gathering of sorts, bringing together the creative, wild and free queerdos Berlin and beyond has to offer. But don’t be fooled… this shit’s got soul too 😉

Proceedings begin at 6pm for an extra-long sesh so come early to get the discount, avoid the crowds and catch our sizzling live performances in The Candy Flip from 8pm. We are plugging in our amps and cranking up the volume!

Wanna kiss a drag kween? It’s Bleach without a leash with Punx ‘N’ Kweenz, Thor Rixon, Dornika, Elodie Gervaise, Shaw Cain and Bully Fae Collins. They will entertain you, challenge you, excite you, f**k with you, fry your little brains and leave you gagging for more…

Over inside The Box, we kick things off at 9pm with surprise interactive performances, intention settings, LOVEROOM shenanigans and a turbo-charged DJ line up to get you wet for your pleasure, with pleasure.

Our residents – Elninodiablo, Adam Munnings, Queen Sudhara and DJ Petite will keep your feet off the ground alongside our guests Ketia, Spacer Woman and IDLIBRA.

Over back in The Candy Flip – the legend Daniel Wang is B2Bing with Tigerdisco, followed by Tronik Youth and Rafush.

As always our fierce hosts and performers will be injecting further doses of pleasure and high octane excitement throughout the night – Alvin Collantes, Nancy Nutter, Lawunda, Gutter Gucci, Coco Klein, Scotty The Blue Bunny, Valerian Steel and Eros in Furs.

The exhibition of PRIDE Week presents artworks by Eda Phanlert SRIPROM, Naomi BOIMA and Harriet Darvey. “Intersection” stands for the concept of intersectionality. It is about how different forms of discrimination and oppression – such as racism, sexism, homophobia and transphobia – influence each other. People who belong to several discriminated groups experience particular problems as a result.

The workshop with Lola von der Gracht is aimed at queer artists who want to share their work. We will explore how queer identity influences art and how we can visually represent our stories. Berlin-based pop music artist FLOSS’ very own way of manifesting her demand for a feminist world has a name: Feminist Fantasy Pop. Est. 2019. Including but not limited to sound: Everything FLOSS touches with her maximalist sense of style (strongly influenced by International Camp) turns into a colorful experience for all senses.

NipSlip
Among other places they have played at Berghain, Schinkel Pavillon and Volksbühne, as well as internationally at Ssense (Montréal), ICA, (London) and De Studio (Antwerp).
The group’s mantra has been the same since the beginning, which is to focus on live shows and not on the release of music. The bands nonconformist attitudes feature in Lola von der Gracht’s provocative lyrics, thematizing subjects such as rebellion, death, love, freedom, addiction, hope and identity.

L_TASHINA
Berlin-based singer and actress L_ tashina certainly isn’t the sort of young female artist you see in every second pop music magazine. Her look, sometimes fierce sometimes playful, but always authentic. Just like her music. Her deeply intimate song “I is my name” won the German Songwriting Award and went on to become an empowering anthem for diversity and queer acceptance and visIbIlity.
With her debut album release „Self Care” she presents an eclectic array of styles and texture ranging from intimate singer/songwriter ballad („Hey there”) to bashing Rock („Little Things”).

Aka Kelzz
Berlin-based singer-songwriter Aka Kelzz has always loved making music and is now combining this with sharing their experiences around dealing with mental health, liberation and new understanding of love.
Aka Kelzz is on a journey of embracing their childhood dream of creating and sharing their music with the world.

Queens Against Borders
Queens Against Borders is a performance party building solidarity since 2015, with and for trans and queer refugees and immigrants based in Berlin and Germany with acts and performances by SWANA (SouthWest Asia & North Africa) artists as well as performers from Singapore, Brazil, Iran and many more showcasing their art and expressing their emotional and personal experiences with the audience. In the past QAB have raised money for gender affirmation surgeries and self defence workshops as well as providing a platform for immigrants to speak their own voice, all while having a great time. we declare our differences with pride!

QAB is teaming up with CSD e.V and Kultureprojektberlin to highlight diversity and to acknowledge the work of QTIBIPoCs and refugee organising and artists of our beloved city.

Bézier has been around the block for a while in the music industry, gaining notoriety all over the world. He is best known for being part of the legendary San Francisco scene and collective “Honey Soundsystem”, making him a must-listen for all you House freaks.

Sparkly Pony from Sweat Rave Collective is back in our house, bringing the energy from our super cute collab at CSD. Sweat has been a must-be-at collective since their first big Berlin event, and Sparkly Pony is ready to keep the vibes alive.

Lastly we have Founder & Resident Flemish.Fetish who will open the house & set the tone up the night. They are known to be an absolute fire starter, combining iconic 90s vocals with booty shaking house trax.

RINGELPIEZ

RINGELPIEZ is a new party taking place every 3rd Friday of the month in the gorgeous Spiegelfoyer of the Theater des Westens. Celebrate with the stars of the hit musical “Romeo & Julia – Liebe ist Alles” while Pansy and all her friends throw a wild dance party and drag show. The series kicks off May 19th and continues June 16th, July 21st for a special CSD edition, and August 4th.

The party begins directly after the musical ends and goes until the wee hours of the morning. Entrance can be purchased in advance as an add-on option to your ticket for the musical or in cash at the Abendkasse. Doors for the general public open at 22h.
