Berlin Dress – The Inbetween Fashion Week

Let’s face the facts: During Berlin Fashion Week in January and July there is just so much going on compressed in just a couple of days that it’s humanly impossible to make it to all the events that might interest you. So it’s a not a big surprise that some event organizers (including my own project Designer Scouts) have moved outside of Fashion Week to avoid these overcrowded days where everyone is just complaining how stressful everything is (first world problems…). The new fashion festival Berlin Dress would fit perfectly into the Fashion Week, but the organizers Berlin Pieces have decided to do it now in late August. I welcome that decision because in between Fashion Weeks there is so few fashion events going on in Berlin that I am happy that we have yet another.
