Wow, this week is packed with exciting events, especially in terms of contemporary and urban art there is a lot going on. But we also have something for fans young designers and a couple great concerts including Clara Hill, A Forest and Nôze . See for yourself after the jump.
For this Saturday we recommend a very special Chrismas event at Amano Hotel. A few months ago we had a lot of fun at the welcome party of this brand-spanking-new hotel. And now it plays host to a charming Christma/Chanukkah party in the afternoon that is not to be missed. A charity tombola with amazing prices and a good cause is the centerpiece of the event (more about that after the jump), but there will also be music, cakes and drinks, and a concert by the lovely Clara Hill who is the voice of Jazzanova. We saw her in the summer at the Arena Glashaus and she really is a wonderful performer with the most amazing voice. So, the usually overpopulated Badeschiff is opening for its summer season this weekend. I hope you all practiced your Kyle Minogue – Slow group performance to be ready and fit for the sun decks. Yeah, because who actually wants to go into the pool, right?
Anyways, there is a lot going on there this weekend, especially in the evening there are some nice concerts worth checking out. Although I’ll be in Hamburg this weekend I will hopefully be back early enough on Sunday evening to catch the performance of the lovely Clara Hill who we were first introduced to by some songs she did with Jazzanova. She will play with a live band (including strings!) and this sounds just to good to be missed!
