Invicuts by Paco Rabanne – The Final Countdown

If you’ve been around town you have probably come across it already at some point. The new campaign for Paco Rabanne’s new fragrance Invictus and its main character Nick Youngquest are everywhere. But as I have already posted previously the campaign is much more than just the posters and commercial spot. Along with the launch they started the Invictus Award, a new competition where 7 athletes from all over the world compete against each other and can win the trophy along with the funding for a sports-related project that they want to do. You can watch a reality webseries about the Invictus Award here and you can still vote for our Berlin contestant Markus to support a local sportsman. More about it after the jump.

Visit the Comme des Garçons BLUE Exhibition

To kick off the launch of their new triplet of fragrances titled BLUE the celebrated Japanese label Comme des Garçons put together a small exhibition in their store at Linienstraße here in Berlin. In the installation you will get to immerse into the three different perfumes Santal, Encens and Cedrat, hear from their creators about their inspiration and of course get to try them all. The exhibition is only here in Berlin for one week and only accessable by guestlist. Lucky you, we have a few exclusive guestlist spots to for you. Love At First Bite

A few days ago I posted a video of some horny couples chasing each other through the urban jungles of Berlin, London and Paris – all of them with a peculiar mark on their necks. Today the mystery was revealed with a “Breaking News” video uncovering the meaning of the mark, which is supposed to be a bite mark in the shape of the monogram of  Just Cavalli. The videos are the campaign kick-off for the new female fragrance by Roberto Cavalli.

The glamorous new TV campaign for the  fragrance features upcoming young model Georgia May Jagger, who is the daughter of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall, as well as my favorite male model Marlon Teixeira, the sexy curly devil. It was shot by famous Swedish director Jonas Akerlund who is also responsible for some of the coolest music videos by Lady Gaga and Madonna. Despite my scepticism about her latest ventures I have to admit the new short film for Lady Gaga‘s first fragrance Fame shot by Steven Klein is simply amazing. Good! Bad! Wild!

The interplay of being good and bad has always been mysteriously sexy. Naughty, but sexy – that could be yet another slogan for Berlin. It is also one of the reasons why it was chosen as the theme of the new fragrance JOOP! Homme Wild. Developed by perfum designer Aliénor Massenet, the fragrance is unpredictable and incredibly masculine thanks to a mix of rum, pink peppercorn and Virginia tobacco. For the campaign the brand chose the rebellious and charismatic British model Harvey Newton Haydon. Check out his seduction skills in the new campaign video after the jump.

A Butterfly Explosion – Madly Kenzo

Kenzo Paris did not only get a much praised design relaunch by the creatives behind cult label Opening Ceremony they also launched a brand new fragrance for women that goes by the name Madly Kenzo. The youthful fragrance came out in two variations as an eau de parfum and an eau de toilette with slightly different ingredients. Both have a flowery oriental scent while the eau de toilette also gets some fruity notes.

To promote the new fragrance Kenzo started a sticker campaign in public places here in Berlin, as well as in Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Cologne. If you find the pink butterfly stickers that read “Fang Mich!” you can exchange them for frangrance samples or even Madly Kenzo flacons and other main prices. The stickers will be spread in major places until tomorrow, so you should get going and catch a butterfly!

Young, fresh and sexy: DIESEL DENIM Fuel for Life

It has been a while since we last featured one of the sexy campaigns by DIESEL DENIM, far too long actually! But today the jeans mega brand gives me three good reasons to do so: Not only did they get controversial star photographer Terry Richardson to shoot the new campaign, they also got my favorite model Marlon Teixeira to unbutton his pants. On top of that they re-invented their Fuel for Life fragrance and dressed it up in denim, which makes a whole lot of sense considering it’s a jeans brand…

As luck has it, DIESEL DEMIN asked us to review their new fragrance and we are happy to oblige. Young, fresh and new would be the easiest description for the Fuel for Life DENIM COLLECTION that is available now for boys and for girls. The Fuel for Life compositions have been upgraded with a few additional ingredients that make it extra sexy. What I like about it is the fruity part of it, for boys that would be raspberry and for girls mandarine and black current. I always liked the combination of fruit and meat…

And now for the fun part the new Fuel for Life campaign is also available in moving pictures. So go look after the jump to see Marlon and some hot blonde chick in various stages of undress while several gallons of splashy fragrance gets poured over them.
