Dream Pop – that seems to be one of the most important music genres in 2012. Next in line are Wild Nothing, a one man band by Jack Tatum. Just recently, he released Nocturne – an album that is perfectly made for this time of the year. In our interview with Jack we have talked about music by Pavement, Sonic Youth, Kate Bush and Young Men. On November 15, Wild Nothing are playing a concert in Berlin. More after the jump.

Listening to music with Sizarr

The style of the band Sizarr is hard to define. Their  music is a combination of indie rock, world music, hip hop, r’n’b and electronica. The results are polyrhythmic songs full of harmony: There is a little bit of David Bowie, some Sufjan Stevens, but also Björk and even Jay-Z in it. This might sounds awkward, but Sizarr combine all these different styles and influences in the most harmonious way.

In our interview with Sizarr we talked about music by James Ferraro, Peter Gabriel, Wamdue Project, Kate Bush, Shlohmo and Nicolas Jaar. More after the jump.
