Imagine you could make a presentation of yourself through all the people you like and you wanted to work with. The Swiss author and theater director Sybille Berg, very famous for here cynical humor and sharp words for everybody and everything she hates and despises, will be presented exactly like this on Sunday at the Haus der Berliner Festspiele. Among others, such as author Helene Hegemann, blogger Fabian Kölmel, performer Kaye and musician Mary Orcher, she will have an appearance as part of a full day program of perfomances, readings and a final Gala night. All that Jazz!

I never watch television apart from Sunday nights. It’s very difficult to lure me away from the screen then, because at 11 p.m. ttt is on which is hosted by Dieter Moor and I must admit I am almost a little bit in love with him. Thus he always tells me Good Night at the end of the week and I can doze off in peace.

When I read that Dieter Moor was hosting the Award Ceremony of the Echo Jazz 2012 I accepted the invitation immediately…
