Short Sunday: Tufty

I haven’t done the short film section in a while, but this gloomy first of Advent Sunday seems to be calling for 15 minutes of enchanting distraction. Today I chose the film Tufty by Jason & Brandon Butler. I do love puppets and this morbid toy-themed story seems perfect for the Christmas season. Also I think this movie is a great explanation that all those Prenzlauer Berg mom’s can give their children when they ask them about the origin of their beloved plush animals. Short Sunday: Jericho

This could have easily been a feature for the Pictoplasma Character Walkt here in Berlin. The charming short film Jericho by Liam Gavin tells the heart-warming but sad story of a mourning man and his two imaginary friends who help him get through life. If you feel a bit lonely sometime in this big city then this film will surely make you smile. Enjoy after the jump.
