As it was so much fun the last time our collaboration with Berlin-based fashion label Front Row Society will go into its second round. Last September we presented a colorful collection of oversized digital print Modal scarves that I designed from kaleidoscopic alterations of my party photos and which are still available to buy here. For the second collection I once again went through my archive of party photos to find the best pictures to transform into fun designs. This time they will not only be printed on big scarves, but also on leggins!
You can vote now for your favorite designs by liking the ones you enjoy the most on the Front Row Society Facebook Page. Out of the 13 designs we will turn the 6 most liked into products. The voting ends on Monday, March 11th 2013 at noon. Among all the people who vote we will raffle off 3 of the scarves from the collaboration. Good luck!! If you wonder what photos the designs are based on have a look after the jump to see the original photos and find out where I took them.

Our lovely fellow blogger Alice from Munich made these wonderful outfit photos of one of the scarves from our Anniversary Collection. We absolutely love them! This design is called Vogue and the original photo was taken at the Last Days of Madonna party earlier last year. It features me voguing in front of a Madonna poster. You can get the scarf over at Front Row Society. More photos by Alice after the jump.

After we revealed our Anniversary Scarf Collection with Front Row Society last week at our 5th Birthday Party in a big multimedia installation we are now happy and proud to present you the photoshoot we did with our lovely readers Marie-Louise and Christoph. The 5 winning scarf designs are now available to buy at the Front Row Society online boutique. We also added a couple of the designs that did not make the final cut in a very small limited edition of 5 pieces each. All scarves are quite large (2×1.3m) and are made of 100% Modal. Enjoy the photo spread shot by Julia Heuse and with hair & make-up by Maria Ehrlich after the jump. Thank you to everyone involved!

It was quite a clear result – the voting of your favorite designs of our kaleidoscopic scarf collection with Front Row Society has finished. I’m quite surprised by the outcome actually, the most voted design was the one with me voguing in front of a Madonna poster, haha! After the jump you can see the other 4 designs that will be produced and ship to stores worldwide very soon.
At our big 5th Birthday Party on September 29th at Naherholung Sternchen we will present the scarves in a big-ass installation and you will actually get the chance to win them.

Marc Andersen is a brand new accessory label from Berlin with a beautiful collection of graphic print scarves made of modal and silk. Marc Andersen is actually an imaginary character that brings together the three personalities behind the label, who are Chiara and Marco, two visual artists, and young fashion designer Marianna. The designs are created here in Berlin in their studio, but the production takes place in Como, Italy, which is a place that is famous for its high quality silk production. You should check out the designs of their Saint Tropez collection after the jump. If you like what you see, the scarves are available online and also at the shops Hecking at Mulackstrasse and The Flag at Alte Schönhauser.

Looking back at this season’s Berlin Fashion Week I’m once again very glad and grateful that we have a project like Designer for Tomorrow here in Berlin. Amongst all the boring shows with uninspired dresses and the few minimalistic avant-garde collection the DfT presentations are always a vibrant and exciting highlight at Bebelplatz!
The 2010 winner, Parsival Cserer, is no exception. He presented his first full collection on the official runway during Berlin Fashion Week and his wonderful knit pieces with a modern take on 60’s patterns gave a lot of class and originality that most other shows were lacking. Bravo!
Back in December I was invited to his fitting along with fellow bloggers from LesMads, Fashion Freax and Reigen. The DfT Team requested our expertise in styling for Parsival’s new line of scarves that is available from now on exclusively at selected P&C stores. Head over to the DfT Blog to see some of our styling suggestions on how to wear the scarves.

I recently discovered a new Berlin accessory label which I think you need to know about. Inspired by cinema and music icons of the past the label Aschön presents stunning scarf pieces in their new collection. I am especially fond of the artistic approach to the portraits. They kind of show me a total different view on the displayed personalities. Well, I wish I could have them all. More pictures and where to get the scarves after the jump.
